Cancellation policy

Subscriptions

When you purchase a subscription, you'll receive repeat deliveries of your selected product every 2 months. These deliveries are provided at a discounted subscription price compared to our standard one-time purchase price.

Your payment details will be stored securely and you will be charged automatically for each scheduled delivery unless you choose to cancel your subscription.

Subscriptions automatically renew and continue until cancelled.

If you would like to cancel or change your subscription, you may do so at any time through the link provided in your order confirmation email or through your customer account.

To avoid being charged for your next scheduled delivery, you must cancel your subscription before the next billing date. If a payment has already been processed, cancellation will apply to future deliveries and will not affect the current order.

You may also update your payment method, billing information, and delivery details through your subscription management portal.

Returns and Refunds

Once a subscription order has been processed and dispatched, it cannot be cancelled.

Returns and refunds are handled in accordance with our Refund Policy. Please refer to our Refund Policy for full details.

Pre-orders

When you purchase a pre-order, you are purchasing a product that is not currently in stock or is not yet available for immediate dispatch.

We may collect full payment, no payment, or a partial deposit at checkout and securely store your payment details for collection of any remaining balance before dispatch.

Estimated availability and dispatch dates are provided in good faith but may be subject to change due to circumstances beyond our control, including supplier delays, manufacturing issues, or shipping disruptions.

You may cancel a pre-order that has not yet been fulfilled and receive a refund of any payments made. Once a pre-order has been fulfilled and dispatched, it cannot be cancelled.

Returns and refunds for fulfilled pre-orders are subject to our Refund Policy.
