OUR STORY

"Post-pandemic, after having my first child and turning thirty, I returned to a life that no longer felt like mine. The career I’d once loved had shifted. And so had I. In the span of two years, I became a mother, lost a sense of purpose, slowly lost myself and life felt hard.

What followed was a mission of rediscovery - of piecing myself back together through self-care, wellness, and a cautious but hopeful leap into healing. With the support of holistic and psychology-led therapies and the determination to find my way back, I began to reconnect with who I was, and who I wanted to be."

Aromatherapy became a daily practice that I could consistently rely upon - a purposeful moment of calm and clarity amidst it all.

A 90'S COMEBACK OF SORTS...

What was a crisis became a turning point. Not the end of the story, but the beginning of something more meaningful. That’s when The Modern Hedonist was born. Not as an escape, but as a return - a 90’s comeback of sorts. What began as a deep personal need grew into a brand designed to support yours.
