The Modern Hedonist wasn’t born from a conventional business plan it was the consequence of a huge, life altering event.
One of life’s chapters that redefined it all.

Post-pandemic, after having my first child and turning thirty, I returned to a life that no longer felt like mine. The career I’d once loved had shifted. And so had I. In the span of two years, I became a mother, lost a sense of purpose, slowly lost myself and life felt hard.

What followed was a mission of rediscovery of piecing myself back together through self care, wellness, and a cautious but hopeful leap into healing. With the support of holistic and psychology led therapies and the determination to find my way back, I began to reconnect with who I was, and who I wanted to be.

Aromatherapy became a daily practice that I could consistently rely upon, a purposeful moment of calm and clarity amidst the chaos of life.

What began as a deep personal need grew into a brand designed to support yours, so we knew our name had to carry meaning.
Hedon, the goddess of pleasure and presence embodies the pursuit of finding joy in this world. We believe that to truly thrive, you must become the ruler of own chaos, and that begins with small,
daily acts of care.
